"Working with Mayra past 5 years has been terrific. Her attention to detail and specific work plan gave me the personalized training I needed. Mayra dedicates herself to the athletes and her excellent work ethic means the athletes receive top quality.
When I made the decision to race my first Ironman in 2009, I knew I'd need quality training with her at the gym to help me prepare for the race.
From crafting weekly training sessions to developing a nutrition plan; analyzing results to setting new training goals; answering questions via email and phone conversations - Mayra covered all the points.
Some of the things that have impressed me the most about Mayra as a person and a Coach are:
Mayra is an attentive listener; she has always listened to me and given meaningful, regular feedback during my training. She is very personable and approachable.

I was, and what I needed to focus on to ensure I got in good shape. What I really appreciate is her passion for going beyond just intense exercise. She focuses on the right movements and the right nutrition so that one builds muscle and form the fastest, but also builds sustainable improvements in overall health.
