Call it food, Ernährung, nutrition, healthy eating, or under consumption of calories, without the appropriate training, healthy eating alone is not enough, as that is only 50% of what it takes to reshape effectively.
I can provide nutritional consultation when you train with me.
However, what I often find is that most people are overeating the wrong foods, busy counting calories, not eating the correct nutrition at the appropriate time, and definitely not doing the correct training to produce best results.
Interestingly, I have found that most often both men and women are eating healthy enough and in moderation, but are failing to achieve their desired physique they want due to incorrect training or too much of the wrong exercises setting them back from achieving the fitness results they are looking for, and achieve it fast.
Basically, make dieting simple, as it is mainly habit forming. The shaping takes place with appropriate Nutrition & most effective training exercises to produce the physique you want.
