The truth is, as we age, we NEED to Strength Train more for so many reasons. Sadly, people end up doing the wrong exercises which only cause more harm than good, and on top, end up doing too much of the wrong training. Sometimes less is more.
Knowing what works best and what should be avoided is my specialty.

I started Personal Training in Toronto, Canada in the early 1990's, and have been Bodybuilding for over 30 yrs. I became a personal trainer to help others achieve fast fitness results. Since then I have enjoyed personal training and take pride in helping others transform their body, helping them move better and feel younger again.
I fell in love with bodybuilding as an art, not as a competitive sport. I see Bodybuilding as an art, for anti-aging, for positive health benefits, and to look good and feel good everyday.
You don't need to be become a bodybuilder to gain muscle and lose fat. Simply by performing quality training and with sound dieting, you can accomplish fat loss easily. I can show you how and help you achieve your fitness goal easily. It is not time consuming, but consistency is one of the keys.
Muscles not only gives the body a nicer "shape" and is much healthier, while fat gives the body a different (unwanted) shape and too much fat poses several serious health risks.
Note: Long, exhausting cardio training workouts are known to cause more harm than good. Your body releases more free-radicals causing you to age faster, lowers your immune system, making you susceptible to illness. And it's time consuming.
